From locally to regionally-inspired cuisine, we feature fresh and local products at each venue, including the abundant local produce that is collected daily from the surrounding hills.

- We cater to any and all dietary requirements.

- At least half of the fruit and vegetables we serve are grown in and around 10 kms from the restaurant.

- The rest of our produce is sourced from local producers and organic farmers throughout the states of Himachal and bordering Haryana

Himachali Dham Thali

Dham is a culinary celebration of flavors of the hills of Himachal and is served distinctly at our restaurant on specific days. A not-to-miss feast! Kindly speak with our restaurant manager to make reservations in advance.

 

Windsongs Melody

Set in the area behind the reception, at a vantage point, Windsongs Melody is the resort’s main breakfast and dining area. The restaurant has a casual and family-friendly atmosphere, making this the ideal place to relax. Our Chef’s feature menu is meticulously composed, mixing elements from a range of local and regional cuisines and palettes. Windsongs Melody draws directly on our local garden and around the hills of the resort, embodying our earth-to-plate concept. Fresh produce is collected daily from local farmers. When at the resort, do indulge in the Dhaam – the local celebratory meal specially prepared by the men and women of the village. It is a not-to-miss feast!

 

Under The Pine

Sheltered under a 30-year-old pine Tree, this signature dining area is remarkable for its dreamy setting. With an open setting, the space is the resort’s exclusive dining area and is romantic to its core. Sitting right amongst the green expanse of the resort, the space is open and airy and is offered on an exclusive basis on prior bookings, at an additional supplementary charge. Open for family gatherings or a romantic evening for two, the area has a natural feel to it, taking inspiration from the hills around.

 

All Stars Lounge

Nestled two floors above Windsongs Melody, the All Stars Lounge is distinct for its setting under the sky. It's also the perfect place to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. On offer is an extensive menu of local food and tasty Western favorites. With an open-to-sky, no-roof setting, the lounge is also an ideal get-away for enjoying your favorite eats in the evening, specially prepared by the chef. A wonderful venue for small family get-togethers or a special evening for two.
